Because we are never party to the transaction, we cannot issue refunds, cancel a subscription, stop an automatic renewal, or reverse a charge. Requests of that kind must be directed to the provider that charged you, under that provider’s own refund and cancellation policy. We recommend reading those terms before you purchase anything, and paying particular attention to whether a subscription renews automatically.

6. User Content and Live Video Chat

The Site provides access to live video chat functionality powered by third-party technology. When you use it, you transmit video, audio, and text to other users in real time. Those transmissions are carried by the third-party provider’s systems. FlirtyVideoChat does not record, store, host, broadcast, or archive anything you transmit, and we claim no ownership of and no license over it.

You are solely responsible for everything you transmit. By using the chat functionality, you represent and warrant that:

You have the right to transmit whatever you show, say, or send
Your transmissions will not infringe any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
Your transmissions will not violate any applicable law, our Content Policy, or our Community Rules

You must not record, screenshot, or redistribute another user’s video, audio, or likeness without their informed consent. Doing so may be unlawful in your jurisdiction and is prohibited under our Community Rules regardless.

The third-party provider operating the chat applies its own moderation and enforcement systems. Those systems may involve reviewing, capturing, or retaining material from a session in order to investigate reports or enforce restrictions. That processing is carried out by the provider under its own policies, not by us. See our Privacy Policy for what this means for your data.

7. Acceptable Use

By using this Site, you agree not to:

Engage in harassment, abuse, or harmful behavior
Upload or share illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
Attempt to exploit, harm, or manipulate other users
