Is FlirtyVideoChat free?
Yes. FlirtyVideoChat is a free review and information site — there is nothing to pay for here. Some of the third-party platforms we review offer optional paid upgrades, but those are purchased directly with the platform, not with us.
I was charged by a platform. Can you refund me?
No — and we couldn’t if we wanted to. FlirtyVideoChat does not process payments, hold payment details, or have access to any platform’s billing system. Refunds, cancellations, and auto-renewals are handled entirely by the platform you paid. Contact their billing support directly.
Can I delete my account?
FlirtyVideoChat doesn’t have accounts — you don’t need to register to use this site. If you created an account on a third-party platform, deletion is handled by that platform’s support team.
I’ve been blocked on a platform. Can you unblock me?
No. Blocks and suspensions are issued and enforced by each platform’s own moderation team. We have no access to their systems. Contact that platform directly.
I’m having technical problems with the video chat.
Check that your browser has permission to use your camera and microphone, and that you’re on a current version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. Clearing your cache or switching networks resolves most remaining issues. If the problem is with this website itself, email us with your browser and device details.
You got something wrong in a review.
Tell us. Send the platform name and what’s inaccurate to info@flirtyvideochat.com. If a platform has changed its pricing, features, or moderation since we tested it, we want to know — we revisit ratings when the facts change.
